    Mother’s Day is such a wonderful occasion to spoil your mom and show her how special she is to you. No matter what age you are(or your cooking abilities!), this Plant-based Mother’s Day Brunch Menu contains yummy treats that will delight your mom and start this special day the right way!

    I used to love making my mom breakfast in bed when I was little, and as I got older (and plain scrambled eggs didn’t make the cut anymore 😉) we started having a decadent brunch in the garden, with cocktails. Because is there honestly any other way that you'd like to start this relaxing Sunday?

    That being said, I suggest making this brunch a Mother's Day feast! The last thing you want is to break that chilled Sunday vibe when everyone starts getting hungry again.

    • Prepare your ingredients as much as possible. Once you have decided on the recipes you'd like to make, prepare as much as you can. You can prepare batter, chop up fruits and vegetables, or even prepare the drinks in advance. You can store all your prepared ingredients in airtight containers in the fridge or freezer.
    • Ask for help or delegate. You can ask your siblings or dad to help out either in the kitchen or by setting the table. Sometimes even just having company is great!
