- Plan your menu. When you plan out and create your shopping list in advance, you will feel a step ahead, instantly reducing the stress of cooking and baking. You'll also find that some recipes can be prepared a day or even a week before and kept in the fridge or freezer.
- Prepare your ingredients as much as possible. Once you have decided on the recipes you'd like to make, prepare as much as you can. You can prepare the dips, chop up vegetables, or even prepare the soups in advance. You can store all your prepared ingredients in airtight containers in the fridge or freezer.
- Ask for help or delegate. You can ask your family and friends to help out either in the kitchen, by bringing a dish, or by decorating. Sometimes even just having company is excellent!
