How to make your own Vegan Oil-Free Granola!

Ingredients: Rolled Oats Nuts and seeds Chia seeds Cinnamon Aquafaba (This replaces the oil!) Maple syrup

Mix all the dry ingredients together to combine well.

Veganise.Life

Mix the  Aquafaba and Maple syrup together  until foamy.

Veganise.Life

Pour the aquafaba  mix into the well in the oats mixture. Combine well.

Spread the mixture out on a baking pan in a single layer and bake for  ± 20 minutes at 180°C or until the granola is golden brown.

Let the Granola cool completely before eating it! Store the rest in an airtight container to keep it crunchy!
