Ingredients - Ripe Tomatoes - Garlic - Olive Oil - Chilli Powder - Ground Pepper - Salt

Step 1 Halve the tomatoes and toss them with the oil, garlic, chili, salt and pepper in a large bowl.

Step 2 Lay the spicy tomatoes cut side up on a roasting tray.

Step 3 Roast for 20-30 minutes @ 200°C (392°F) or until the tomatoes are soft and juicy.

Step 4 Once the tomatoes have cooled, add them to the blender and blend on high for ± 2 minutes.

Storage Keep this spicy Arrabbiata Sauce in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
