- Apple
- Coconut oil
- Water
- Lemon juice
- Vanilla extract
- Self-raising flour
- Brown sugar
- Cinnamon powder

Instructions for this easy one minute mug cake:

- Chop an apple into quarters and then into slivers. Separate into two piles.
- Blend half the apple, coconut oil, water, lemon juice and vanilla extract.
- Mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon powder together.
- Mix the wet and dry ingredients together.
- Stir the apple pieces into the mixture.
- Pour the batter into a microwave safe mug.
- Microwave the mix on full power for 1 minute.
- If your mix is still a bit raw just microwave for another 10 seconds at a time until it is cooked.

Vegan Apple Mug cake
Equipment
- Hand blender
Ingredients
- 1 Apple chopped into ¼'s and then made into slivers
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut oil softened
- 1 Tablespoon Water
- ½ Teaspoon Lemon juice
- ½ Teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 3 Tablespoons Self-raising flour
- 1½ Tablespoons Brown sugar
- ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon powder
Instructions
- Blend half of the apple pieces with the wet ingredients.

- With a spoon mix the wet ingredients into the flour mix until you have a uniform batter.
- Stir the remaining apple pieces into the mix.
